Ruth is a resolution fellow and co-founder of Touch One Reach All (TOORA). She envisions a world of equal opportunities and decent living that she hopes to champion through civil society by creating capacity among the marginalized.

She is the Administrative officer at TOORA responsible for the day-to-day task management of the project. She multitasks across a range of responsibilities. She serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions on operational matters concerning the project.

Ruth is a student leader at Makerere University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication. As an enterprising lady, she held different leadership positions in her high school and won entrepreneurship awards.

As a proponent of human rights and women empowerment, Ruth has been involved in community service activities to improve livelihoods in Western Uganda. She is a team worker, a critical thinker and an artisan.
