Levi Tukundane is the Founder and Team Leader at Touch One Reach All (TOORA) overseeing the operations of the organization. He is tasked to coordinate, lead and monitor the entire team as they work towards achieving the set goals and objectives. He superintended TOORA from 2017 until it’s registration as a CBO in October 2021.

Commonly known as Napoleon, he is a Resolution Fellow and former President of MasterCard Scholars and Guild President Aspirant at Makerere University. Before he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication in 2022, he spearheaded giveback projects with MasterCard Scholars in Mityana and Mukono districts with over 600 direct beneficiaries.

Before joining University, in 2016/2017 while serving as Southern Chapter President for MasterCard at BRAC alumni, he mobilized and spearheaded several alumni giveback projects in South Western Uganda including career guidance campaigns in BRAC partner schools in the region.

He is an environmentalist and humanitarian, very passionate about giving back since he acquired his education on MasterCard Foundation Scholarship. He was the Best UCE and UACE Humanities candidate at St Raphael SS Nyakanyinya and Ntare School respectively.

He has previously worked with Palliative Care Association of Uganda (PCAU) as Assistant Communications Officer, National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) as Corporate Communications graduate intern, European Union at Rukungiri Women Integrated Development Foundation (RWIDF) as Research Assistant and Boona FM Rukungiri. He volunteered at Karoli Lwanga Hospital Nyakibale with MasterCard Foundation at BRAC Uganda and St Raphael SS Nyakanyinya as a Student Teacher.
