Medard is a Finance Officer at TOORA responsible for monitoring the financial operations and the transactions of the organization while ensuring timely and accurate financial reports, as well as monitoring the expenditures to ensure that project funds are utilized appropriately. He oversees the financial operations of the projects and ensures timely and accurate financial reports and practices for internal and external stakeholders.

Medard is passionate about social entrepreneurship and is a cofounder of Stock Farm limited, a company uplifting the livelihoods of farmers through crowd farming financing model. He is also a founder and CEO of Ekitara Uganda limited a company that offers pre-financing product bundles to enable people get access to high end shopping deals.

Medard has made it his life goal to create solutions that are geared at uplifting community members out of poverty. He believes that community empowerment is the driver to social transformation. He is inspired by the famous Chinese saying that “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Makerere University Business School. He is a practicing auditor with a top International Audit firm and currently a level two student of ACCA at Mat Abacus Business School.
