Akampurira Oscar is our Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, responsible for the designing, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of our Projects. He helps in designing tools and guides in data collection. He reports to and works under the administrative supervision of the Projects Coordinator.

Moses works with Decade Investments Limited as a Data Entry Clerk. He graduated with Bachelor of Statistics (Second Upper-Class Honors) from Makerere University and is currently enrolled as a Masters student of Monitoring and Evaluation at Uganda Management Institute.

He has also worked as an enumerator (both office and Field) and Research Assistant on multiple projects with Laterite Uganda, Kalangala Oil Palm Project, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and Makerere University.

Working with different organizations, he has been to most regions of Uganda and is passionate about community service to end poverty which he attributes to poor data management systems that cause misappropriation, poor investment and corruption.
He has deep interest in data analysis, data management and econometrics.

He therefore takes delight participating in any process that drives informed decision-making and Learning. He has great Empathy and hard work which bring him into association with TOORA team.
